MONKEY BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

2 Cans Pillsbury Biscuit Dough
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Butter, Melted
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts or Raisins (optional)
2 Tbsp. Vanilla

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix sugar and cinnamon together in bowl and set aside. Mix melted butter and vanilla and set aside. Tear unbaked biscuts in half and roll into balls. Dip dough balls into butter mixture and roll into sugar mixture and place into baking pan. Repeat until all dough balls are done. Sprinkle top with nuts or raisins (or both) pour the rest of the sugar mixture on top of that. Then pour the remaining butter mixture over all. If you run short of butter mixture melt a bit extra. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until balls appear puffy and firm to poke with fork. Serve Warm.
