CHEESE & CHILI DIP

INGREDIENTS:

2 frozen containers of Skyline or Gold Star Chili
4 cups of Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
3 packages of Cream Cheese (softened)

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 350* degrees.
Cook chili in microwave following directions.
While the chili is cooking, get a 9x13 cake pan,
and spread the 3 packages of softened cream
cheese evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Once cream cheese is spread and chili is cooked,
pour the hot chili all over the cream cheese.
Top with the 4 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in 350* oven for 10-15 minutes or until
cheese is melted good, but not brown!
Serve right out of the oven, with Tortilla Chips.

*NOTES:
Best served in cold weather.
To make a smaller amount, cut ingredients in half
and use a 9x9 pan.
Cream Cheese can be spread in pan ahead of time
and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
