PUMPKIN PIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 9-inch Pie Shell, unbaked
1 16oz. can Pumpkin (about 2 cups)
1 14oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Place oven rack on lowest position. Pre-heat
oven to 425*. In large bowl, combine all of the
ingredients except pie shell. Mix well. Pour
mixture into pie shell, bake for 15 minutes.
*Reduce oven temperature to 350*, bake for an
additional 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted
near the edge comes out clean. Cool, and serve
with whipped cream. Refridgerate any leftovers.
