1 3/4 cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
2 cups Small-Curd Cottage Cheese
3 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 8oz. carton of Sour Cream
3 tbsp. Onion, finely chopped
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. Butter, melted


Cook macaroni according to directions. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni and the next 6
ingredients, stirring well. Spoon mixture evenly
into a greased 9x13 cake pan. In a small bowl,
combine bread crumbs and butter, stir well, then
sprinkle mixture all over the top of the macaroni.
Bake uncovered at 350* for 45 minutes or until the
cheese is melted and thoroughly heated. Serve Hot!

*Notes: This dish makes enough to be a full meal
for a family of 4 or more!
