1 roll Mild Sausage
1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 lb. Ground Chuck
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sause
1 pkg. Small Party Rye Breads


In skillet, add sausage and beef, brown and drain.
While meat is hot, add cubed cheese and remaining
ingredients, if it doesn't melt well can be put in
microwave just until melted. Spread on party rye
breads. Place on cookie sheet and broil in oven
for 3 minutes. *These can be made a day or two in
advance, just don't bake until ready to be served,
instead, cover cookie sheet with cling wrap and
freeze. When ready to use, let thaw for 2 hours,
then remove cling wrap and broil in oven for 5+
minutes or until hot. Serve immedietly!
