1 cup Flour, unsifted
1 cup Oats, quick-cooking
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup Butter, softened
1 14oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 pkg. Milk Chocolate Chips


Pre-heat oven to 350* (325* for glass pan).
In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar and
butter, mix well. Reserving 1/2 cup of mixture,
press remainder of the mixture on bottom of a
13x9 cake pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out.
Pour condensed milk evenly over the hot crust.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips and nuts evenly
over the top. Top with reserved oat mixture,
spread evenly and press all down very firmly.
Bake for another 25-30 minutes or until top is
lightly brown. Cool. Cut into 36 Bars. Store in
air-tight container at room temperature.
