NO BAKE ROCKY ROAD CANDY

INGREDIENTS:

1 14 oz. can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 12 oz. package of Milk Chocolate Chips
2 Tbsp. Real Butter - not the fake stuff!
2 cups of Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts
1 10 oz. package of Miniature Marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:

Generously butter a 9x13 cake pan & set aside.
In large heavy sausepan, combine condensed milk,
chocolate chips and butter. Keep stirring over
low heat until chips and butter are melted.
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in all
of the peanuts and marshmallows, mix until coated.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 3+ hours.
When firm, cut candy into small squares (very rich!)
Using a fork, take each peice out and place on
wax paper in air-tight container, be sure to use
wax paper between each layer or it will stick
together. Makes about 3 pounds of candy.

*NOTES:
Wonderful for parties! Will keep in refrigerator
for a couple of days, but best when first made!
