LASANGA

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs. Hamburger
9 long Lasanga Noodles
2 cups of Cottage Cheese
1 jar of Ragu' Spagetti Sause
1 small clove of Garlic (crushed)
2 Tbsp. of Oregano or Itallian Seasonings
6 cups of finely shredded Mozerella Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

In extra-large skillet, start frying hamburger.
Put 4-5 cups of water on to boil in an extra-large
pot. Once water is boiling, add the 9 lasanga
noodles to cook. Once Noddles are soft, drain off
hot water and put in cold water, and set aside.
Just before the hamburger gets done, add the
garlic and oregano and stir good.
Once hamburger is done, put in strainer to drain
off the grease. In same large skillet, add the
whole jar of spagetti sause, turn heat down to
medium, add the cottage cheese into spagetti
sause. After the hamburger has drained good, put
it back into skillet and mix the hamburger,
spagetti sause and cottage cheese together.
Let simmer for about 10 minutes, then turn off.
Drain all of the water off of the Noodles.

Heat oven to 375* degrees.
In 13x9 or larger cake pan, you will put the
following layers:

1. In bottom of pan, put a thin layer of sause.
2. Sprinkle a cup of Moz. Chesse over the sause.
3. Layer 3 Lasanga Noodles in a row over cheese.
4. Another thin Layer of Sause.
5. 1 cup of Cheese
6. 3 More Lasanga Noodles
7. 3rd layer of Sause
8. 1 cup of Cheese
9. The last 3 Lasanga Noodles
10. A Last thin layer of Sause.
11. Sprinkle top with remaining Mozerella Cheese

Be careful, pan will be full!
Bake at 375* for about 20 minutes or until the
cheese on top is lightly browned.
Serve hot with Garlic Bread or Bread Sticks!

Makes Alot of Family Pleasing Lasanga!
