KENTUCKY PECAN PIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of White Corn Syrup
1 cup of Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/3 tsp. Butter or Margarine (softened)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 heaping cup of shelled whole Pecans
3 Eggs (slightly beaten)
1 9-inch Pie Shell

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 350* degrees.
In large bowl, stir syrup, sugar, salt, butter,
and vanilla. Fold in pecans and eggs.
Pour all of the mixture into the pie shell.
Bake at 350* for about 45 minutes or until the
center of filling is done.
Allow to cool & serve topped with whipped cream!
