EASY CARROT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip
4 Eggs
1/4 cup Cold Water
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 cups Carrots, finely shredded
1/2 cup Walnuts, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS:

In large bowl, combine cake mix, miracle whip,
eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix with an electric
mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Stir in carrots and walnuts with a spoon.
Pour into greased 13x9 cake pan. Bake at 350*
for 35 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in
center comes out clean. Cool Completely. Frost.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

INGREDIENTS:

1 3 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
3 cups Powdered Sugar, sifted

DIRECTIONS:

In bowl, combine cream cheese, milk and vanilla.
Mix until well blended. Gradually add powdered
sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Spread
evenly over Carrot Cake.
