BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup Onion, chopped
1 tbsp. Margarine
2 cups Milk
1 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, cubed
3/4 lb. Velvetta Cheese, cubed
1 10 oz. pkg. Frozen Broccoli, chopped
Dash of Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Cook and drain Broccoli, following directions on
package, set aside. In large sausepan, saute
onions in margarine until tender. Reduce heat to
medium. Add milk and cream cheese, stir until
cream cheese has melted. Add remaining
ingredients including Broccoli, heat thoroughly
to let cheese melt, stirring occasionally
Serve hot on a cold day with crackers!
