STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY
SAUSE

INGREDIENTS:

1 quart of Strawberries or Raspberries
1/3 cup Sugar (or to taste)
Juice of 1 Lemon

DIRECTIONS:

Stem, wash and drain berries. Put berries in
an electric blender and puree until smooth.
Add sugar and lemon juice and mix all together.
Makes about 4 cups.
