RICE PUDDING
* OLD FASHIONED *

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups Cold Milk
1 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 pkg. Vanilla Pudding, cook not instant
1/4 cup Raisins
1 Egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

DIRECTIONS:

In medium sausepan, put milk, rice, pudding mix,
raisins, and egg and bring this to full boil over
medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into serving bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon
and serve warm.
*For chilled Rice Pudding, place plastic wrap
directly on top of hot pudding. Cool for 1 hour.
Stir before serving and sprinkle with cinnamon.
