MEAT LOAF ITALIANO

INGREDIENTS:

1 Egg, beaten
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 8oz. can Spaghetti Sause
3/4 cup Velvetta Cheese, cubed small
3/4 cup Quick Oats, uncooked
1/4 cup Cold Water
1/2 tsp. Oregano

DIRECTIONS:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except for
1/4 cup of spaghetti sause. Mix all together well,
may have to use your fingers. Shape into a loaf
and place in a baking pan. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
Top with remaining spaghetti sause, and put back
in oven for 5 more minutes. Let stand for about
10 minutes before serving. Makes: 1 Meat Loaf
