GLAZED POPCORN

INGREDIENTS:

8 cups Popcorn, popped
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
4 tbsp. Light Corn Syrup
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
1 pkg. Jello, any flavor

DIRECTIONS:

Pre-heat oven to 300*. Line a 13x9 baking pan
with aluminum foil and set aside. Place popcorn
in extra-large bowl. Heat butter and syrup in a
small sausepan over low heat, stirring.
Stir in sugar and geletain. Bring to a boil
over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and gently
simmer for 5 minutes. Pour syrup mix immedietly
over popcorn tossing to coat well. Spread popcorn
into prepared baking pan. Using 2 forks, spread
popcorn out. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove
popcorn from pan and break into small peices.

Makes: 2 quarts of Glazed Popcorn
