INGREDIENTS:

1 Boxed Chocolate Cake Mix, prepared by package
1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
1 6oz. bag of Chocolate Chips
1 Egg
Dash of Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven according to directions for cupcakes.
Mix cake batter using the package directions for
cupcakes. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans,
and fill 2/3 full with batter.
In a bowl, cream the cream cheese and sugar, then
beat in the egg and salt. Stir in the Chocolate
Chips using a spoon. Drop 1 rounded teaspoonful
of cream cheese mixture into the center of each
cupcake. Bake according to cupcake directions on
package. Cool. Store in air-tight container.
