CREPES

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup Flour, sifted
1 Egg
1 1/2 cup Milk
1 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 dash Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Beat until
smooth. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes or
overnight. Batter should be like thick cream.
If necessary, add a touch more milk.
Heat a small 6 inch skillet, grease it when hot.
Pour 1 tablespoon of batter into skillet, tilt and
swirl skillet until it resembles a very thin, flat
pancake. Cook until brown, then turn and brown
other side. Stack on warm plate, as they cook
to keep them warm. Makes: 1 Dozen Crepes

* Notes: Great served with vanilla ice cream,
and chocolate sause, or with whipped cream,
strawberries, and powdered sugar. Wonderful
for brunch or for a dessert!
