BANANA SPLIT CAKE

INGREDIENTS:

2 Eggs
2 Sticks Butter, softened
2 cups Powdered Sugar
2 cups Crushed Graham Crackers
1 Stick Butter, melted
2 Bananas, sliced
1 Large can Crushed Pineapple, drained
1 Large carton Cool Whip
3/4 cup chopped Nuts
Cherries for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

In large bowl, combine 2 eggs, 2 sticks of softened
butter and 2 cups of powdered sugar, beat for no
less than 15 minutes by hand. In 13x9 baking pan,
combine 2 cups of crushed graham crackers and
stick of melted butter, and press down to make a
crust. Pour beaten egg and sugar mixture over the
crust. Layer the banana slices over the mixture.
Pour the drained, crushed pineapple over top of
the banana slices. Cover with the whole carton of
Cool Whip and sprinkle top with chopped nuts and
cherries. Refrigerate overnight and cut into
squares. Store leftovers in Refrigerator.
